A believer is one who believes in the suffering, death, resurrection and the present day ministry of Jesus Christ. In other words, a believer is anyone that has given his/her life to Christ. <What is the Authority? Authority means ability to make decisions. <Why Authority? Certain people’s perception of life is that we are to function in life with our physical senses, and that’s actually true, but then, we have to understand that life is spiritual in its entirety. In the world, we have two forces opposing each other; good and bad forces. Whatever level or state you are now is by a particular spiritual force.
