In the Old testerment of the bible, the oil was meant to be used to anoint princes and kings, not for everybody. In the new testerment, anointing is for those that have come into Jesus, for as long as you are in Christ, you have access to the rights of both the princes and the kings I.e you are anointed Rev1vs6.          As Princes and kings, we should never lack oil on our heads because we won't be able to function rightly.
