   TOPIC:    THE FUEL OF FAITH AND SALVATION (PRAYER)
   SUBTOPIC :  DEVELOPING A PRAYING HEART.
     TEXT: Gen. 4:26
 PREACHER : Bro Gad (General Secretary).

    God indeed makes way, but for those who tarry in the place of prayer. As good as it is to have faith, so it is to pray, else, you will remain in that situation despite your believe.

Rev 12:10-15. Devil is having upper hand because we've gone cold in the place of prayer.

definitions of Prayer. 
• An effective mighty weapon to defeat the devil.
• An act of pouring our desires unto God.
• It's a spiritual exercise that grooms, makes and ensures the growth of the believer.
NB: whatever level you are now depends on the status you are in the place of prayer. Therefore, make prayer an exercise.

   A prayerful Christian always demonstrate a praying heart, he bleeds in the place of prayer. This is as a result of seriousness and dedication in the place of prayer; one major reason why you have to close your eyes to get connected.

   A praying heart is a continuous test i.e, all you do (smallest thing you can ever think of doing), you pray. Prayer is never a sudden thing, it requires learning.

steps to follow in developing a praying heart :
•You must be genuinely saved
• Associate with believers. Hebrews 10:25
• Engage in Bible study
• Invite the Holy Spirit. Rom 8:26
• Walk with the Holy Spirit

    Having followed this steps:
• You are no longer clueless of what to pray for
• More energy is made available
• You are an emblem of revival wherever you go
• You become a terror to the kingdom of darkness.

     In conclusion, a praying heart is an ever thirsty heart. Don't let sin have a way to tamper with your prayer life.

UCCF Holiday Diaries 2

Hello people of GOD. So I made the lon g trip from Festac (Lagos) to Ondo first thing on Thursday and that marked the end of a very short stint at home. Back to the beautiful place that is called NIEPA...and Mama Ifaka’s bread , and Porter  Gbenga  and his bullets (Please don’t ever tell him I typed this. Let this be our little secret….winks….)  I can’t say I achieved much other than eating lots of chicken and beef. You begin to wonder why GOD didn’t make eating meat a way to edify “the hidden man of our hearts”. Just think about it for a second. We would have run Satan out of business by now. Instead of praying in tongues why can’t I just eat meat???Atherosclerosis  answers my spirit.  Sad.
